| We offer great smoking wood for all types of BBQing.
Whether you cook on a Primo, Green Egg, or UDS in the backyard or the
big stick burners in competition, we have the wood you need. All wood is seasoned to about 23% moisture content. Some chefs prefer green wood and we can provide that too! We have prepackaged wood ready to go or we will custom cut to your requirements. If you live out of our area, we mail via USPS Large and Medium Priority Boxes. - SOLD OUT Peach has a sweet fruity smoke that is one of a kind. Best if used on pork, chicken, or ribs. Peach mixes well with cherry, fig, and pecan. Back to Top |

| Pecan Pecan is similar to hickory in flavor but not as strong. Sometimes referred to as “hickory light.’’ Pecan has a sweet and nutty smoke. Used when smoking poultry, beef, pork, and cheese. Best wood to use when smoking a turkey! Try mixing it with cherry. Back to Top |

| Red Oak Red oak has a medium smoky flavor that is stronger than apple and cherry, but lighter than hickory. It can be used on just about all types of meat by itself. Best if used when smoking a brisket. Back to Top |
